Who we are

PepGuide ("we", "our") operates this website at pepguidance.com to sell research-grade peptide compounds to qualified researchers and institutional buyers. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use — not for human or veterinary consumption.

What we collect

• Cart contents — stored only in your browser's localStorage, never sent to us until you check out.
• Order details — when you purchase, PayPal collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment information. We receive only what's needed to fulfill the order (name, address, items).
• Age & researcher acknowledgement — your "I am 21+ and a qualified researcher" confirmation is stored in your browser only.
• Server logs — Vercel records standard request logs (IP, user agent, path) for ~30 days for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on this site at this time.

How we use it

Order data is used solely to fulfill and ship your order, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties for marketing.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full payment card details. PayPal's privacy policy applies to data they collect: paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full

Cookies

This site itself uses no tracking cookies. PayPal's checkout flow may set cookies under their domain.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold on you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of future emails by contacting us at the email address in our footer. We respond within 30 days.
