Orders & pricing

Prices shown are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or violation of these terms. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Damaged-in-transit items may be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepGuide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.

Hold harmless

You agree to hold PepGuide and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising out of your use, handling, or storage of the products purchased.
